Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial statements, along with hands-on experience in accounting software and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and cash/bank transactions.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

2. GST & Taxation
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.

3. Banking & Reconciliation
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).




- Monitor bank transactions and cash flows.
- Coordinate with banks regarding payments and financial matters.
- Manage vendor and customer payment reconciliations.

4. Financial Reporting
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements.
- Prepare trial balance, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
- Generate MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.

5. Audit & Compliance
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Provide necessary financial information to auditors.

6. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers.
- Support junior accounting staff.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and reporting deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
