ACCOUNTANT / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT – MUMBAI

We are hiring an experienced Accountant / Senior Accountant for our Accounts & Finance team in Mumbai. This is a Mid-Senior Level, hands-on role for candidates with practical experience in manufacturing / factory accounting.

Important Note

This position is particularly suitable for candidates with practical manufacturing / plant / factory accounting experience.

Candidates with experience in Plant Accounts, Factory Accounts, Manufacturing Accounts, Inventory Accounting, Costing, COP, Raw Material Consumption, Production Accounting or Tally-based accounting are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Handle purchase, sales, billing, payments,



receipts, journals and ledgers.
- Manage GST & TDS accounting and related reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and bank/ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain inventory, stock and manufacturing accounting records.
- Coordinate with factory / production teams for raw material, consumption, production, WIP and finished goods data.
- Prepare and review Cost of Production (COP) and product costing.
- Analyse actual vs. standard costs and identify variations.
- Prepare monthly MIS, expense reports and P&L; support.
- Assist with month-end/year-end closing, audits and statutory requirements.
- Maintain fixed asset records and accounting documentation.

Working Days & Timings Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday – Weekly Off
