Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹99,000 per month

Job Purpose To maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support day-to-day accounting operations under the supervision of the Head of Accounts. This role is ideal for candidates seeking growth into senior finance positions through hands-on exposure to Tally Prime, Excel, GST/TDS filings, and project accounting in a system integration environment.

Key Responsibilities.

- Record journal entries, vendor bills, receipts, and payroll inputs in Tally Prime.
- Perform bank reconciliations, purchase/sale entries, payment processing, and cash projections.
- Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers; report and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing bills, invoices, account statements.
- Handle payroll & coordinate with HR for leave deductions and payroll compliance.

· Compile financial, accounting reports and tables on such matters as receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses. · Reconcile bank transaction records, prepare book trial balances, and transfer details from separate journals to general ledgers and/or data processing sheets.





· Calculate materials, overhead, and other expenses, based on estimates and price lists.

· Assists Sr accountant in calculating, preparing, and issuing bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B. Com or M. Com (Accounting).
- Experience: Min six years in accounting practices & statutory; minimum four years in bookkeeping.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and bookkeeping software.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with GST, TDS, PT, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
- Strong mathematical reasoning, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal English).

· Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
