We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Semi-Voice & Chat Support Trainees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries primarily through chat.
- Respond to client messages and provide accurate information.
- Understand client requirements and assist with basic queries.
- Make occasional calls only when required.
- Follow up on pending customer queries.
- Maintain proper client records.
Requirements:
- Positive English communication skills.
- Basic typing and computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Note: This role mainly involves chat support with minimal calling. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
