Role Summary The EA will act as the CMD’s central follow-up and coordination partner across three group companies. The role requires disciplined task tracking, early escalation of delays, concise daily reporting and confidential executive support.

Key Responsibilities

- Record every CMD-assigned task with owner, deadline, expected output and review date.
- Maintain a single action tracker and follow up with department heads and managers before deadlines.
- Prepare short morning and periodic updates covering priorities, completed work, overdue items, blockers and decisions required.
- Convert meetings, calls and voice notes into explicit minutes and action points.
- Manage the CMD’s calendar, meeting preparation, correspondence and travel arrangements.
- Escalate risks early with facts and possible solutions; never allow critical delays to remain unreported.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of business, employee and personal information.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate; postgraduate qualification is advantageous.




- Relevant experience supporting a founder, CMD, CEO or senior business leader.
- Strong follow-up, prioritisation, written communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Calm but assertive; able to clarify or respectfully interrupt when instructions are incomplete.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, spreadsheets, email and task trackers.
- Strong English; Hindi and Marathi are advantageous.
- Comfortable with occasional extended hours and outstation travel, subject to company policy.

Mandatory Agency Screening

- Current and expected CTC, notice period, current location and reason for change.
- Examples of independently following up with senior employees and escalating delayed work.
- Willingness for occasional overnight travel and ability to work from Airoli / Navi Mumbai.
- Stability in previous employment and successful reference checks.
