Job Title: Scrum Master

Experience: 6+ Years

We are looking for a Scrum Master to coordinate and coach our software development team. The candidate should have excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework, including its artifacts and techniques. The role requires the ability to coordinate people and projects, facilitate changes when needed, and maintain a strong focus on deliverables.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role.

- Good understanding of Azure DevOps is mandatory.

- PSM Certification.

- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, such as Definition of Done, User Stories, Automated Testing, and Backlog Refinement.

- Familiarity with software development.

- Positive knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.

- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills.

- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Outstanding organizational skills.
