Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile delivery experience, a good understanding of Dynamics 365 CE projects, and experience managing delivery governance and FinOps.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Scrum guidance and drive effective Agile delivery practices.

- Plan and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.

- Support delivery teams in managing sprint commitments, priorities, dependencies and blockers.

- Work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

- Manage and maintain delivery boards, sprint backlogs and reporting using Azure DevOps.

- Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and drive continuous improvement.

- Support FinOps activities, including tracking resource utilisation, costs and delivery efficiency.





Essential Skills & Experience

- Previous experience working as a Scrum Master on Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Proven experience guiding Scrum teams and managing end-to-end delivery.

- Hands-on experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.

- Solid working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Boards, Sprints and Backlogs.

- Understanding of FinOps principles and cost management within technology projects.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform programmes.

- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed delivery teams.

- Relevant Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM or equivalent).
