Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring Scrum principles and practices are well understood and followed.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.
- Identify, track, and help remove impediments and blockers impacting the team's progress.
- Shield the team from external distractions and ensure focus on sprint goals.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration between development teams and stakeholders.
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, sprint progress, and team capacity.
- Support Agile transformation initiatives and help teams mature in their Agile adoption.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to align practices across teams and share best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
- Solid hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
- In-depth understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and SDLC.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile metrics.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to handle multiple teams and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe Scrum Master.
- Experience working in data, cloud, or technology-driven projects.
- Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
