Role Summary: Lead the SAP test automation strategy and architecture using Tricentis TOSCA across SAP S/4HANA, SAP GUI, Fiori, and integrated enterprise applications. Drive automation standards, framework design, governance, innovation, and adoption of AI-enabled testing capabilities to deliver scalable, reusable, and high-quality automation solutions. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to accelerate transformation programs, maximize automation coverage, and improve overall quality and delivery efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

1. Experts in Tricentis TOSCA end to end TOSCA commander
2. Drive test planning, automation roadmap definition, automation scope prioritization, and release readiness assessments.
3. Expert in Script Design, Script Execution & Script Maintenance
4. Must have handled multiple scripting issues and resolved
5. Strong knowledge in TOSCA Modules and customizations

6. Robust knowledge in TBOX
7. Perform automated testing on integrated SAP modules and third-party applications to ensure end-to-end functionality and system performance
8. Functional knowledge of SAP across multiple modules is added advantage
9. Work closely with functional and technical teams to design, execute, and optimize automated test cases for both functional and regression testing of SAP applications (Gui and FIORI) and systems.
10. Identify, document, and manage defects in a defect-tracking system,



and work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently, 0% defect ratio
11. Working in a shift-left approach , Automating 100% planned scope and S4Hana Testing activities
12. Bringing continuous improvement: Evaluate and implement best practices for test automation, aiming to improve testing efficiency, effectiveness, and coverage across SAP landscapes.
13. Expert in functional test, regression test, integration testing
14. Ensuring agreed automation scope coverage
15. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a deep understanding of SAP applications and system integration.
16. Establish automation governance standards including coverage tracking, execution reporting, defect leakage analysis, and ROI measurement across SAP transformation programs.
17. Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, test scenarios, automation assets, execution results, and defects through standardized reporting mechanisms.

Skills
1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Modules, end to end automation, Vision AI , self heal, Test Data sheet
2. Executing DEX , over night executions successfully
3. Understanding of TOSCA Architecture and able to trouble shoot
4. Test Management tools knowledge like JIRA (Xray)
5. Agentic AI knowledge would be the added advantage
6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
