Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Admin with solid expertise in SAP HCM modules, employee data management, reporting, and dashboard creation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, HR operations support, report generation, and workforce analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
- Handle employee master data administration and HR process support.
- Create, maintain, and automate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Develop workforce analytics and management dashboards for HR and business stakeholders.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and provide insights based on HR data.
- Monitor data quality, perform data validation, and ensure system accuracy.
- Manage user access, authorizations, and security roles.
- Support HR tickets and incidents through ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Coordinate with business users for reporting and dashboard requirements.




- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of SAP HCM processes.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Module.
- Strong hands-on experience in Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
- Experience in HR reporting, dashboard creation, and workforce analytics.
- Good knowledge of HR data management and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience in creating MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM authorizations and user administration.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or any ITSM ticketing tool.
- Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration.
- Exposure to SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
- Knowledge of SAP Query, SAP Reports, and Analytics tools.
- Experience in HR analytics and KPI reporting.
