Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Functional Consultant to support a SAP-led enterprise transformation programme. The consultant will be responsible for functional design, platform configuration, custom application workflows, SAP integration requirements, testing, UAT, training and go-live support.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong ServiceNow functional expertise and a good understanding of SAP logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Review and prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), process flows and user stories.
- Configure ServiceNow tables, forms, UI policies, workflows, notifications, SLAs and service catalog items.
- Design and support custom applications and complex approval workflows.
- Work with developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Define functional integration requirements between ServiceNow and SAP modules (MM, SD, FI and PS).
- Coordinate with SAP,



MuleSoft and ServiceNow development teams for integration requirements.
- Prepare and execute SIT test scenarios, test cases and defect tracking.
- Support UAT, client interactions and issue resolution.
- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training.
- Support cutover, deployment, go-live and post-go-live hypercare.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–8 years of experience in ServiceNow Functional Consulting.
- At least 2–3 full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration.
- Experience with custom applications and complex workflows beyond standard ITSM.
- Good understanding of SAP logistics processes (MM, SD, FI and PS).
- Experience in SAP–ServiceNow integration requirements.
- Solid knowledge of Flow Designer, Approval Engine, Service Catalog, Service Portal, UI Policies, Data Policies and Reporting.
- Experience in FDD documentation, SIT, UAT and defect management.
- Experience in client coordination, training, cutover and go-live support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have
- SAP S/4HANA implementation exposure.
- Knowledge of IntegrationHub, REST APIs and MuleSoft.
- ServiceNow CSA / CIS certifications.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or HP ALM.
