Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA EHS Senior Consultant to lead the configuration, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Environment, Health Safety (EHS) solutions. The role involves strengthening workplace safety, managing regulatory compliance, optimizing risk assessment processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

SAP EHS Configuration Implementation

- Configure and implement SAP EHS Incident Management to track workplace incidents, accidents, near misses, and safety hazards.
- Design risk assessment processes, preventive safety measures, Occupational Health Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental Monitoring solutions.
- Configure Hazardous Substance Management, including chemical inventory, MSDS handling, transportation compliance, and safety documentation.
- Implement Audit Management, Compliance Monitoring, automated regulatory reporting, and emergency response workflows.
- Optimize incident reporting, corrective action tracking, and risk management processes.

SAP Integration Digital Solutions

- Integrate SAP EHS with SAP PM for equipment inspections, maintenance compliance, and safety monitoring.
- Collaborate with SAP HCM teams on employee certifications, safety training, medical examinations, and workforce compliance.
- Integrate with SAP MM, Warehouse Management, and SAP PP for hazardous material handling, storage, disposal, and operational risk management.




- Utilize SAP Fiori applications and mobile-enabled solutions for real-time safety reporting, dashboards, and compliance insights.
- Support predictive analytics initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks.

Support System Optimization

- Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP EHS applications and integrations.
- Troubleshoot functional, integration, and process-related issues across the SAP EHS landscape.
- Implement SAP OSS Notes, enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
- Support testing, performance optimization, and continuous system improvement initiatives.

Training Stakeholder Management

- Conduct end-user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Prepare user manuals, SOPs, operational documentation, and support materials.
- Support business process alignment and change management initiatives.
- Advise stakeholders on EHS best practices, regulatory compliance, governance, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills Experience
- 8-12 years of experience in SAP EHS, preferably in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EHS configuration, implementation, and support.
- Positive understanding of Incident Management, Risk Assessment, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Monitoring, and Hazardous Substance Management.
- Experience integrating SAP EHS with SAP PM, HCM, MM, Warehouse Management, and PP.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, mobile-enabled safety solutions, and compliance reporting.
- Experience in L1/L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, training, and documentation skills.
