Position Overview

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Associate who will be responsible for supporting and managing ERP implementation activities across the organization. The candidate will work closely with different departments to understand business requirements, coordinate ERP implementation, configure system processes, conduct testing, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of the ERP system.

Role and Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing ERP implementation projects.
- Understand business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for ERP integration.
- Support ERP system configuration and customization.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and technical teams.
- Conduct ERP system testing, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues.
- Coordinate data migration, validation and system integration.




- Prepare ERP documentation, process flowcharts and SOPs.
- Provide ERP training and support to end users.
- Monitor system performance after implementation.
- Ensure successful ERP adoption across different departments.
- Provide ongoing ERP maintenance and process improvement support.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

- Experience or knowledge of ERP implementation and support.
- Understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP platforms.
- Understanding of ERP configuration and implementation processes.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SAP ERP implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, FICO, or other relevant modules.
- Understanding of data migration and system integration.
- Experience in UAT and ERP testing.
- ERP certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹41,666.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
