Key Responsibilities at this Role

- Observe warehouse workflows and validate customer needs.

Skill: The Expertise RequiredMust-Haves for this Role

- 10–15 years overall, with at least 5 years in hardware + software product management.
- Domain Experience: Hands-on experience in Robotics, Warehouse Automation, Material Handling, Automotive, EV or Industrial Technology.
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Has owned complex products from discovery and NPD through prototyping, production, launch and customer deployment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of hardware-software integration, embedded systems, firmware, electronics, controls and software architecture.
- Commercial & Customer Ownership: Experience in customer discovery, product strategy, business cases, ROI, pricing and cross-functional engineering leadership.

Extra Information

- Good-to-have experience in **Robotics** or **automation**.
- Previous roles in **warehouse operations** are advantageous.
- Soft skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management.
