1. Mid-Level Ansible Automation Engineer (Band B2)

- Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Position Overview

We are looking for a Mid-Level Ansible Automation Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure automation and configuration management. In this role, you will write, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections to automate IT infrastructure provisioning, patching, and application deployments while maintaining seamless CI/CD integrations.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Playbook & Role Development: Develop, test, and maintain reusable Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections using standard YAML practices.
- Platform Administration: Administer daily operations on Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) / Tower, including job templates and inventory execution.
- Infrastructure Automation: Automate routine Linux administration tasks, configuration updates, system patching, and software deployments.
- Core Tech Stack: Ansible (Playbooks, Roles, Collections, YAML), Red Hat AAP, Linux Administration, Git, Python/Shell Scripting, CI/CD Integration, and Troubleshooting.

2. Senior Ansible Automation Engineer (Band B3)

- Experience Required: 5–8 Years
- Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Ansible Automation Engineer with 5 to 8 years of deep expertise in enterprise-grade infrastructure automation and Red Hat AAP optimization. You will take ownership of end-to-end automation workflows, design modular roles and collections, and build tight integrations between Ansible, cloud/on-prem infrastructure, and up-to-date enterprise DevOps platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Advanced Workflows:



Design and implement end-to-end multi-tier automation workflows for large-scale IT infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- AAP Architecture & Optimization: Administer, configure, and optimize Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) for high availability, security, and RBAC policy management.
- Enterprise Toolchains: Drive seamless Ansible integration with enterprise CI/CD toolchains, monitoring platforms, and secret management utilities.
- Core Tech Stack: Advanced Ansible Playbooks/Roles/Collections, Red Hat AAP, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Git, YAML standards, Python/Shell Scripting, and complex troubleshooting.

3. Lead Ansible Automation Specialist / Architect (Band C1)

- Experience Required: 8–12 Years
- Budget: Up to ₹24 LPA

Position Overview

We are hiring a Lead Ansible Automation Specialist with 8 to 12 years of enterprise automation leadership. In this role, you will define the architecture and strategy for large-scale IT automation, lead Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) deployment standards, design complex multi-datacenter workflows, and drive cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.

- Automation Strategy & Architecture: Define enterprise automation standards, governance, and architecture using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
- Enterprise Framework Design: Architect modular, enterprise-ready Ansible roles, custom plugins, collections, and execution environments for high-concurrency operations.
- Hybrid Cloud Integration: Architect integrations across hybrid cloud infrastructures, enterprise ITSM solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Core Tech Stack: Expert-level Ansible & Red Hat AAP Architecture, Advanced Python/Shell Scripting, Linux Kernel/Systems Administration, multi-site infrastructure automation, and enterprise CI/CD orchestration.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,850,000.00 per year
