We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Student Relationship Executive with relevant experience in IT training or the education industry.

The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining our IT training programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Counsel students about IT courses, career opportunities, and learning paths.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds and career objectives.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, and placement assistance.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student enquiry records and admission reports.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–7 years of experience as an Education Counsellor / Academic Counsellor.
- Experience in IT training institutes is highly preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of IT courses such as Python, Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI is an advantage.
- Ability to handle student queries and objections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and lead management.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
