- Lead Floor Service: Supervise waitstaff, assign stations, and enforce service standards.
- Manage Guest Experience: Welcome guests, take complex or VIP orders, and upsell menu items.
- Resolve Issues: Handle customer complaints immediately and ensure quick, diplomatic solutions.
- Coordinate Kitchen & Bar: Align with the chef on specials, item availability, and meal timing.
- Oversee Billing: Verify table checks, process payments accurately, and settle shift reports.
