Job Summary

KVR Automotive is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Spare Parts Assistant to support the spare parts operations of our dealership. The role involves handling parts enquiries, inventory management, parts issuance, stock records, and coordination with the service and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive, identify, and issue spare parts as per requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of spare parts received, issued, and available in stock.

- Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and stock accuracy.

- Check part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and availability.

- Coordinate with the Service and Workshop teams to ensure timely availability of required parts.

- Assist in preparing parts quotations and processing customer requirements.

- Support purchase and ordering of required spare parts.

- Monitor quick-moving and slow-moving parts and report stock requirements.

- Arrange and maintain spare parts in the designated storage area for easy identification and retrieval.

- Assist with stock verification and periodic physical inventory checks.

- Prepare and maintain relevant records, invoices, and documentation.





- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding parts-related transactions.

- Follow company procedures for parts handling, storage, and inventory control.

- Maintain a clean, organised, and systematic parts department.

Requirements

- Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.

- Previous experience in automobile spare parts or dealership operations is preferred.

- Freshers with a relevant automobile background may also apply.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Willingness to learn about automobile spare parts and dealership processes.
