Academic Coordinator – Team Leader

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and responsible Academic Coordinator – Team Leader to manage academic operations and guide the academic team. The ideal candidate should have a Commerce background and good knowledge of skilled courses such as CA, CMA, and ACCA.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate the academic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Monitor academic activities and maintain proper coordination between departments.
* Guide and support team members in their daily responsibilities.
* Coordinate with faculty members and students regarding academic matters.
* Monitor course schedules,



class activities, and academic progress.
* Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and academic targets.

Requirements:

* 1–2 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
* Good knowledge of professional courses such as CA, CMA, and ACCA.
* Strong team management and leadership skills.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to handle responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
