Job Details:

- Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Mandatory Skills:

- 5 to 8 years of SAP HR/HCM experience
- At least 2 to 4 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience
- Strong understanding of SAP HR Infotypes, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration & Payroll related data
- Experience with Employee Central to SAP HR / Payroll replication
- Ability to investigate data discrepancies across SuccessFactors, SAP HR, integration layers & payroll systems
- Experience with Functional Specifications, Data Mapping, Testing, Defect Management & Production Support

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Investigation

Must be comfortable with

- Navigating Employee Central
- Reviewing employee records




- Understanding data structures
- Understanding employee lifecycle transactions

Not Expected to:

- Configure Employee Central
- Develop Employee Central

Expected to:

- Determine why an issue occurred / Root Cause Analysis

2. Legacy SAP HR Understanding (Extremely Key)

Microsoft currently runs

- Employee Central
- SAP HR payroll integration
- Many data quality issues occur during Employee Central → SAP HR synchronization

Ideal Candidate Should Understand:

- Employee Central data objects
- SAP HR Infotypes
- Data mapping between systems
- HR master data flows
