Mandatory Technical Skill: SAP GRC Access Control 12.x

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Access Control Analyst with solid hands-on experience in SAP GRC 12.x and SAP Security, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environments.The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining and enhancing SAP GRC rulesets, with a primary focus on Segregation of Duties (SoD), Access Risk Analysis (ARA), User Access Review (UAR), Emergency Access Management (EAM) and Access Request Management (ARM).The role involves working closely with SAP Security teams, Functional Consultants and Business Process Owners to identify access risks, develop mitigating controls and ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build and maintain SAP GRC Access Control rulesets.
- Develop and maintain SoD rules, risks, business functions, actions and permissions.
- Identify and analyse Critical Access Risks and SoD conflicts.
- Perform Access Risk Analysis (ARA) for SAP users, roles and profiles.Implement and support User Access Review (UAR) processes.
- Manage Emergency Access Management (EAM), including Firefighter IDs.
- Support Access Request Management (ARM) workflows.




- Define and maintain mitigating controls for identified access risks.Work with Business Process Owners to assess business risks and validate SoD conflicts.
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformations and SAP Fiori authorisation changes.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls and audit requirements.Prepare GRC reports, dashboards, governance documentation and procedures.
