Job Summary The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced resource for performing the work on Entitlement management system. Responsible for managing user access and entitlement requests across enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs). The role supports Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations, user provisioning, access reviews, and entitlement governance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Process user access provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning requests.

- Manage entitlements across applications, databases, and infrastructure platforms.

- Perform access reviews, certification campaigns, and entitlement reconciliations.

- Investigate and resolve access-related incidents and service requests within SLA.

- Support joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes.

- Validate access requests against business and compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with application owners, business stakeholders, and security teams.

- Maintain accurate documentation, audit evidence, and operational procedures.





- Support internal and external audits related to access management.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Qualifications

- BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 1-2 years.

Core Competencies

- Experience in Identity Access Management (IAM) and Entitlement Management.

- Knowledge of user provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC).

- Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar platforms.

- Understanding of IT security, compliance, and governance principles.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent business communication skills.

Preferred Skills
