About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Convergent Mediation (CM) Consultant to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting mediation workflows within an SAP S/4HANA BRIM landscape, processing high-volume usage/event data, and handling complex integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and deploy SAP Convergent Mediation (DigitalRoute / MediationZone) workflows.
- Handle end-to-end processing of usage data, including data collection, parsing, validation, aggregation, and distribution to downstream systems.
- Integrate Convergent Mediation with other SAP BRIM components (Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA) on SAP S/4HANA.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and debug technical issues in mediation pipelines and integration interfaces.




- Collaborate closely with ABAP developers and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide advisory support, document solution architectures, and ensure smooth production cutover.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) / DigitalRoute MediationZone.
- Domain Knowledge: Robust functional and technical understanding of the overall SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing framework.

- Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of complex workflow processes and system integrations.
- Basic knowledge of ABAP development and hands-on ABAP debugging skills.
- Experience handling high-throughput event data records (EDRs/CDRs).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; comfortable presenting solution designs.
- Good to Have: Familiarity with SAP UI5, Fiori, and SAP S/4HANA standard processes.
