Key Responsibilities: Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Tricentis Tosca.

Quality Assurance: Execute functional and regression testing across Salesforce modules to ensure system reliability.

Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to align testing efforts with release goals.

Test Management: Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case execution, and defect tracking.

Reporting: Track and report test metrics, providing transparent communication regarding testing progress, risks, and blockers.

Salesforce Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC)
