We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud (CRM) Consultant with 4-7 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical teams to design, optimize, and enhance CRM processes that improve sales productivity, pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement. The candidate should possess strong Salesforce platform expertise, excellent business analysis skills, and experience delivering end-to-end CRM implementations.

Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from sales, marketing, and customer success stakeholders.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to support business processes.
- Design and implement lead management, opportunity management, account management, and sales forecasting solutions.
- Create custom objects, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation using Flow.
- Configure dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics for sales leadership.
- Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
- Support data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and integration activities.
- Collaborate with integration teams to connect Salesforce with ERP, marketing automation, CPQ, and other enterprise applications.
- Work closely with developers on custom Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations when required.
- Conduct UAT sessions, end-user training, and post-go-live support.
- Ensure CRM best practices, governance, and data quality standards are maintained.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing platform optimization recommendations.

- 4-7 years of Salesforce CRM experience with a focus on Sales Cloud.

- Robust business process mapping and requirement gathering skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of Sales Engagement, Revenue Intelligence, and Einstein Analytics.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft integration platforms.
- Exposure to Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of API integrations (REST/SOAP).

Pay range and compensation package

- Compensation will be offered in line with current market standards and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
