Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer Intern to join the Salesforce Development team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in Salesforce application development, customization, integrations, and AppExchange managed packages while working on live projects under the guidance of experienced developers.

Technical Skills

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL and Lightning Web Components.
- Build custom business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.
- Design and customize user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Assist in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST APIs and other integration methods.
- Support the development, enhancement and maintenance of Salesforce AppExchange Managed Packages.
- Perform Salesforce configuration tasks, including Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules and Flows.
- Write and maintain Apex Test Classes to ensure code quality and deployment readiness.
- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues.
- Assist with Salesforce version management, deployments and CI/CD activities.




- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams on live projects.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the Salesforce Platform and CRM concepts.
- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Basic knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work on real-time Salesforce development projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with REST APIs and web service integrations.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce administration and customization.
- Exposure to Salesforce CLI (SFDX), GitHub or CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with academic or personal Salesforce projects.
