Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive technical delivery, lead a team of developers, and oversee Salesforce development, integrations, and release management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and production support teams.
- Drive development across Sales Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, and MCAE.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration.
- Lead CI/CD, deployment, and release management using Jira and GitHub.




- Collaborate with global stakeholders and architects.
- Ensure technical quality, security, and governance standards.

Requirements

- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce architecture.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and MCAE; Net Zero Cloud is desirable.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Jira, and GitHub.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification required.

Working Hours: Flexible shifts (2 PM–11 PM or 5 PM–2 AM IST). Interested candidates are encouraged to apply .
