- Strong Service Cloud experience – this is particularly significant as around 70–80% of our Salesforce platform runs on Service Cloud.
- Experience Cloud experience – important as we have multiple consultant-facing sites running on Experience Cloud.
- Salesforce integration experience – exposure to connecting Salesforce with different enterprise systems would be valuable.

We need someone who works closely with developers, provides technical guidance, and leads solution design and problem-solving, rather than someone primarily focused on managing people, programs or projects
