Job Overview

PITANGA WEALTH PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced, energetic, and performance-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and lead a team of 17 employees in financial services and stock broking operations.

The candidate will be responsible for driving daily business performance, increasing brokerage generation, improving client activation, achieving KYC targets, and developing team productivity.

We are looking for a leader who can motivate employees, monitor individual performance, provide practical sales guidance, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 20 sales and client services employees.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly brokerage generation targets.
- Monitor individual employee performance and productivity.
- Ensure achievement of KYC, client acquisition, and activation targets.
- Develop strategies to increase trading activity and brokerage revenue.
- Drive existing client activation and inactive client reactivation.
- Monitor client funding and trading engagement through appropriate follow-ups.
- Conduct daily morning meetings and business performance reviews.
- Identify low-performing employees and implement improvement plans.
- Train team members in sales techniques, client handling, and business development.




- Monitor CRM updates, lead follow-ups, and daily reporting.
- Coordinate with management for business planning and performance improvement.
- Promote mutual funds, SIPs, insurance, and other financial services within applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial services regulations.

Required Skills

- Experience in stock broking, banking, or financial services.

Eligibility
- Graduate preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services or stock broking.
- Previous team handling experience preferred.
- Experience managing sales, relationship management, or client services teams.
