Key Responsibilities

Quotation Commercial Documentation: Prepare and issue formal commercial quotations, proforma invoices, product compliance datasheets, and tender documents based on inputs from field representatives.

Order Entry Dispatch Tracking: Verify incoming client purchase orders (POs) against approved pricing terms, enter orders into ERP/Tally systems, and coordinate with stores/logistics for on-time material dispatch.

Client Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to incoming client calls and emails regarding product availability, technical specifications, delivery lead times, and order statuses.

Sales Team Operational Support: Provide real-time operational backing to field executives by updating inventory reports, sharing dispatch tracking details, and maintaining updated client databases in MS Excel.





Payment Follow-ups Reconciliation: Partner with the finance team to monitor outstanding payment cycles, issue payment reminders to clients, and resolve billing discrepancies smoothly.
