1. Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically competent Sales & Service Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in the medical equipment industry, preferably with hands-on experience in Dialysis Machines. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service of dialysis machines. The role requires strong technical knowledge, customer-handling skills, and the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, dialysis centres, and healthcare professionals.
1. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for dialysis machines in hospitals, nursing homes, and dialysis centres.
- Promote and demonstrate dialysis machines to doctors, nephrologists, biomedical engineers, and hospital purchase teams.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market developments.

B. Technical Service & Maintenance

- Install, commission,



and demonstrate dialysis machines at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to dialysis machines and associated equipment.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure machines are functioning efficiently.
- Maintain service reports, installation records, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts, repairs, and technical escalations.

C. Customer Support & Training

- Provide technical training to hospital staff, dialysis technicians, and biomedical engineers.
- Explain machine operations, features, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and support.
- Conduct periodic customer visits and follow up on service requirements.

1. Required Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of Dialysis Machines and their functioning.
- Understanding of Hemodialysis principles and treatment processes.
- Knowledge of machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults.
- Understanding of RO Water Treatment Systems used in dialysis units.




- Knowledge of dialysis machine consumables and accessories.
- Familiarity with biomedical equipment safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.

1. Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation.
- Relevant technical certification or training in dialysis equipment will be an added advantage.

1. Experience & Competencies

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Sales & Service of Dialysis Machines or related medical equipment.
- Prior experience working with hospitals, dialysis centres, or medical equipment distributors preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer locations.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
