- Contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other appropriate channels.
- Follow up with incoming leads and prospects interested in websites, software, and digital services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain service offerings, pricing, advantages, and project deliverables clearly.
- Conduct online meetings and product demonstrations when required.
- Prepare and share quotations and proposals with prospective clients.
- Handle customer objections, negotiate professionally, and close sales.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales reports in the company's CRM.
- Work toward monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure a smooth handover after a sale.
