Job Title: Sales Executive – Overseas Job Counselling

Roles & Responsibilities

- Career Counselling: Counsel candidates about overseas job opportunities, international career options and suitable job openings based on their skills and qualifications.
- Lead Generation: Generate potential leads through outbound calls, social media, referrals, online enquiries and other marketing channels.
- Sales & Conversion: Convert interested candidates into customers by explaining our overseas job consultancy services, opportunities and process.
- Candidate Assessment: Understand candidates' educational qualifications, work experience, communication skills and career interests to identify suitable overseas job opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates, address their queries and maintain regular follow-ups throughout the counselling and recruitment process.
- Team Building & Coordination:



Work collaboratively with the team, support business development activities and contribute to building a robust sales team.
- Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, counselling targets and candidate conversion goals.
- Process Follow-up: Coordinate with internal teams to guide candidates through documentation, application procedures and subsequent recruitment stages.
