Position: Sales Operations & Business Coordination Executive

Job Summary

Support regional sales teams through accurate reporting, business coordination, enquiry tracking and commercial follow-ups. Maintain updated trackers and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain sales reports, dashboards and trackers, and follow up on missing or incorrect data.

· Prepare region-wise and team-wise performance reports and improve Excel reporting formats.

· Coordinate weekly business reviews, record meeting minutes and track action points until closure.

· Track priority enquiries, opportunities, orders, execution, invoicing and payment follow-ups.

· Identify business gaps and delays, coordinate corrective actions and escalate critical issues.

· Support tender searches, technical and commercial documentation, bid submissions and EMD follow-ups.

· Coordinate special enquiries, BOQs, portal submissions and documentation through order closure.

· Coordinate weekly client visit plans and track visit completion, outcomes and follow-up actions.

· Handle IndiaMART,



website and other online enquiries, and coordinate responses with relevant teams.

· Share company profiles, product details, promotional communications, greetings and invitations.

· Prepare region-wise incentive sheets and maintain KPA/KRA progress trackers.

· Draft official emails, letters, notices, meeting minutes and standard templates.

· Manage client vendor registrations and updates on tender and procurement portals.

· Track commercial documents, outstanding payments, PBGs, security cheques and applicable USD fluctuation details.

· Guide team members on reporting formats, tracker updates, data entry and new processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
