Job Title: Sales Officer General Trade (JUST)
Experience Required: 26 years in General Trade Sales (FMCG Preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory.
- Appoint current distributors/retailers and expand numeric & weighted distribution.
- Ensure regular order generation, beat planning, and market coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution of trade schemes at outlet level.
- Monitor stock levels, collections, and distributor ROI
- Track competitor activities and share timely market intelligence.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, MIS, and market feedback on time.
