- Customer Identification &
- Group Formation: Identify and enroll eligible borrowers in rural and semi-urban areas, primarily by forming Joint Liability Groups (JLGs).
- Product Promotion &
- Explanation: Explain microfinance loan products, eligibility rules, repayment schedules, and company policies to prospective clients.
- Field Verification &
- KYC: Conduct field visits and collect KYC documents to verify customer details and perform background checks.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer acquisition, loan disbursements, and portfolio growth.
- Loan Collection &
- Monitoring: Monitor regular loan repayments, maintain portfolio quality, and follow up on overdue or delayed collections.
- Reporting &
- Coordination: Prepare daily activity and sales/collection reports for submission to the Branch Manager, and coordinate with branch staff for quick loan processing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
