About the role

Scalabox Technologies is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to find current business, generate qualified leads, and turn them into clients. You’ll work between our sales and marketing efforts, from first outreach to closing the deal.

What you’ll do

->Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

->Understand client needs and present our products and services clearly

->Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and follow-ups

->Run product demos and meetings with prospects

->Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets

->Build and maintain long-term client relationships

->Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, referrals, and networking

->Support digital marketing campaigns and convert inbound enquiries into sales opportunities

->Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel

->Work with the content and design team on sales decks, brochures, and campaign material

->Maintain lead and client records in a CRM or spreadsheet

->Track calls, meetings, conversions, and revenue against targets





->Share weekly and monthly sales reports

->Gather market and competitor feedback to help improve our offering

What we’re looking for

->1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, ideally in IT, B2B, or SaaS

->Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

->Confidence in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups

->Understanding of lead generation and the sales funnel

->Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, and basic CRM use

->Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable handling rejection

->Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

Good to have

->Experience selling software, IT services, or digital marketing services

->Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools

->Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, ads)

->Proposal and presentation skills (PowerPoint or Canva)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
