About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Marketing Executive to expand our business and build strong relationships with schools, hospitals, corporate companies, and other institutions.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new institutions and potential customers for uniform orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, hospitals, companies, and organizations.
- Conduct regular client visits and present company products and services.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the production team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and order details in coordination with management.
- Follow up on existing customers for repeat orders and business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.




- Achieve monthly marketing and sales targets.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead records, and sales progress reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in meeting and interacting with institutional clients.
- Robust negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
