Hiring: Marketing Executive – Field Marketing

Job Location: Siliguri & Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 1–4 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and execute field marketing activities.
- Promote company products and services through offline marketing campaigns.
- Visit potential clients, institutions, and business locations.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct promotional activities and market research.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing teams.
- Achieve assigned marketing targets.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in field marketing.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of local markets and customer engagement.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for field.
