Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for marine services.

- Build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive marine industry.

Job Requirements :

- 6-15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the marine industry.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and negotiation skills.

- Robust understanding of marine equipment and services, including sailboats, powerboats, yachts, fishing gear, etc.
