Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dealership sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management and customer relationship skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automobile or two-wheeler industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee daily showroom sales operations.
2. Lead, motivate and manage the sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership sales and market share.
4. Monitor individual and team performance through daily, weekly and monthly reviews.
5. Ensure effective handling of walk-in customers, enquiries, follow-ups and test rides.
6. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
7. Drive retail sales, bookings, vehicle deliveries and finance-related business.
8. Coordinate with the finance and insurance teams to improve conversion rates.
9. Monitor competitor activities and identify current business opportunities.
10. Ensure proper showroom discipline, product presentation and customer experience.
11. Prepare daily,



weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
12. Ensure achievement of dealership sales targets and business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 4 years of experience in automobile or two-wheeler sales.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- Strong team leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of sales processes, vehicle financing and insurance.
- Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
