This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Senior Executive / Manager based in Noida. The role involves identifying and developing recent business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales for design and branding services. The Sales Senior Executive / Manager will prepare and present proposals, coordinate with the design and project teams, and support negotiations to close deals. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, pipeline management, market research, and regular follow-up with prospects , closing deal and clients. The role also includes tracking sales performance, preparing reports,



and contributing to sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably from Advertising/Media/Marketing Agency or Industry, creative services, advertising, or related industries.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, networking, and consultative selling.
- Ability to prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Experience in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working on-site in Noida and meeting clients in-person as required.
- Understanding of product design, branding, packaging, or digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
