Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in Fire Safety, Fire Fighting Systems, MEP Solutions, and Building Materials. The ideal candidate should have excellent liaisoning skills and strong market connections with high-value clients, key influencers, MEP consultants, architects, industries, and end customers.

The candidate must have proven experience in handling key accounts and driving project-based sales within construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Handle and grow key accounts across MEP consultants, architects, builders, industries, and corporate clients.
- Strong liaisoning with high-value clients and key decision-makers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in Fire Safety & MEP segments.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with consultants and project heads.
- Track ongoing projects, manage enquiries, and ensure order conversion.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and collections.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Fire Safety / Fire Fighting / MEP / Building Materials industry.
- Strong market network and relationship with consultants and architects.
- Experience in key account management and project sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with travelling for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of handling high-value clients independently.
