About the Role

Digisecuritas is looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth across domestic and international markets, with a focus on IT and cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking.
- Identify potential clients and connect with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and introduce relevant IT and cybersecurity solutions.
- Schedule meetings and manage regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Support proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales activities.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to convert business opportunities.
- Achieve lead generation, meeting, and business development targets.
- Promote relevant IT, cybersecurity, backup,



and data protection products and services.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- IT/SAAS sales experience is must.
- Exp in Cybersecurity Sales is added Advantage.
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of sales processes and business development.
- Ability to communicate confidently with domestic and international clients.
- Target-oriented approach with solid follow-up and prospecting skills.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
