Job Description: Beautician

Department: Spa & Salon
Unit: Premium Private Club
Location: Delhi
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month

Job Objective

To deliver skilled, personalized beauty and grooming services to members and guests in line with the club’s service, hygiene and grooming standards, while building member relationships, encouraging repeat visits and contributing to Spa & Salon revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform facials, clean-ups, waxing/threading, manicure, pedicure, makeup and other beauty services as per approved salon standards.
- Conduct consultations and recommend treatments based on the member’s or guest’s requirements.
- Deliver a personalised luxury service experience and maintain member preferences and history where applicable.
- Actively recommend suitable salon services, packages and retail products to support revenue targets.
- Build relationships with members and drive repeat appointments and pre-bookings.
- Maintain treatment rooms, tools and equipment to prescribed hygiene, sanitisation and grooming standards.




- Ensure proper utilisation and control of products and consumables, and minimise wastage.
- Maintain service records and coordinate with Reception and the Spa & Salon team regarding appointments.
- Stay updated on new treatments, products and beauty trends, and participate in periodic training.
- Handle member feedback professionally and escalate concerns appropriately.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology or a related field
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Experience in a premium or luxury salon, spa, hotel or private club is preferred
- Proficiency in beauty techniques and equipment
- Strong communication skills and impeccable personal grooming

Compensation

₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
