Job Summary

Akira The Couture is looking for a passionate, well-presented, and customer-focused Fashion Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid interest in fashion, good communication skills, and the ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting outfits based on their preferences, occasions, and styling needs.
- Provide personalized fashion advice and styling recommendations.
- Explain product details, fabrics, designs, sizes, and fit to customers.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Keep the store organized and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, styles, and customer preferences.
- Support sales activities and work towards achieving sales targets.




- Handle customer queries professionally and assist with exchanges or other concerns as required.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in fashion retail, styling, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good fashion sense and an understanding of styling and trends.
- Pleasant personality with a professional and presentable appearance.
- Customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Freshers with a strong interest in fashion and styling may also apply.
