Position: Psychiatric Social Worker

Location: Shanti Home, KP-3, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (201310)

Work Mode: In-Person

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Overview:-

We are seeking a empathetic and dedicated Psychiatric Social Worker to join our mental health team at Shanti Home, Greater Noida. In this role, you will assist patients and their families in coping with mental health disorders, conduct psychosocial assessments, facilitate rehabilitation, and link families with support systems and resources.

Key Responsibilities:-

●Conduct detailed psychosocial evaluations and family assessments to support diagnostic and treatment planning.

●Provide counseling, psychoeducation, and support to patients and family members regarding mental illness management.

●Facilitate family interventions, rehabilitation planning, and discharge preparations.

● Assist in community reintegration, social skill training,



and organizing therapeutic activities for patients.

●Coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team (Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses) to ensure comprehensive patient welfare.

Key Requirements:-

●Education: MSW (Master of Social Work) ●PSW (Psychiatric Social Work)

Experience: Prior experience or internship exposure in a psychiatric, hospital, or mental health rehabilitation setting preferred.

Skills:- Solid communication and active listening skills, empathy, crisis handling capabilities, and fluent regional language skills.
