Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Manager with a strong background in Industrial EPC projects, project execution, stakeholder management, and project governance.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end industrial projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, handling project risks, monitoring project schedules, and interacting with senior management and clients.

The role also offers an opportunity to work on ERP-led business transformation and implementation projects involving SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Manage end-to-end project execution, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with C-suite executives, business heads, clients, and project teams.
- Project Governance: Manage project schedules, scope, governance frameworks, and steering committee meetings.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and coordination between different departments.
- Project Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly project status reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- ERP Transformation:



Understand client business processes and map them with ERP functionalities.
- Process Improvement: Present industry best practices and support business transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management / PMO.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. MBA with relevant project management experience is also acceptable.
- Solid experience in Industrial EPC projects.
- Experience working with manufacturing industries such as:
- Steel
- Sugar
- Glass
- Bulk Chemicals
- Cement
- Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience preparing project dashboards and management reports.
- Willingness to travel across India for client engagements.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
