Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on Online UG and PG programmes
- Follow up with leads through calls and messages
- Explain course details, fees and eligibility clearly
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Achieve monthly targets and keep records updated
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of counselling experience in Ed Tech (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Online UG/PG programmes
- Any bachelor’s degree
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
