Job Overview

We are looking for a target-oriented Sales Manager to lead land and plot sales activities, manage the sales team, generate business opportunities, and achieve property booking targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities for residential and commercial plots.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing.
- Identify potential buyers and investors.
- Supervise and guide the sales team.
- Arrange property site visits and client meetings.




- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans.
- Negotiate deals and convert prospects into bookings.
- Maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
